Cod is a lean, cold-water fish with flaky white flesh.
Cod isn't farmed anywhere, it's wild-caught only. Pacific cod's range stretches from the Bering Strait down through the Yellow Sea, and ours is caught in those northern Pacific waters and processed in Qingdao, the same hub as our other seafood.
