Our salmon comes from one of two sources: farmed salmon from Shandong or Xinjiang in China, or farmed salmon from Murmansk in Russia. Both are the same species, genuine farmed Atlantic salmon. It's processed and frozen close to the farm so it reaches us fresh before it's freeze-dried.
